The Lakeview Schools Educational Foundation recently awarded Riverside’s First Grade Professional Learning Community Team $650.70 from the Mary Ellen Vanderveer Fund for the purchase of three, 2-year subscriptions for Reading A-Z.
“We knew what our student’s needs were, so we went to work finding resources that would fill that need,” explained Renoos. Renoos also added that the materials will provide an at-home connection for students to continue their reading practice at home.
