Pat Fosdick represents the Al Leibert Scholarship and congratulates Stella Huang on receiving the $750 scholarship. Stella will be attending UCLA with studies in pharmacology and immunology. Recipients of this scholarship must be a graduating senior of Lakeview High School, attend an accredited four-year college or university or a two-year community college, demonstrate good character and citizenship, have a GPA of at least 3.0, and show evidence of participation in extracurricular activities.
