Description
Theodore N. Thomas, “Mr. T,” was a beloved and respected Principal of Lakeview High School for 32 years and symbolized honesty, responsibility, integrity and the importance of education in and out of the classroom. Eligible applicants are graduating seniors of Lakeview High School who exhibit leadership, perseverance, above average grades, perfect or near-perfect attendance, participation in extracurricular activities and financial need.

Scholarship Eligibility & Criteria
Award is given to a Lakeview senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree; must have demonstrated outstanding citizenship and leadership; must have shown potential, perseverance and effort, achieved above average grades, perfect or nearly perfect attendance, and participated in extra curricular activities. Financial need may be a factor in final consideration.
Award
Amount varies according to the interest generated by the principal in the Fund, not to exceed $2,000 unless stipulated otherwise by the Selection Committee.
