2025-2026 Grants Awarded

Darcy Hassing was awarded $900 from Fin’s Journalism Fund & $1,039 from the Jean Creech Shear Art Fund for the purpose of replacing the outdated cameras with 2 new cameras for the Media Arts Program.

Tammy Cromwell was also awarded $400 from Fin’s Journalism Fund to purchase materials for the Crochet Club.

Jaclyn Vallier was awarded $500 from the Laurie (Wise) LeClear Educators’ Fund to purchase professional grade two-way translation devices.

The Mary Ellen Vanderveer Staff Development Fund gave several awards; $597 went to Heather Dykstra & Kelsey Deibert to register and attend the Innovation Schools Summit, Darcy Hassing received $600 to attend the Journalism Education Association Fall National High School Journalism Convention, $602 for secure continued full access to the Math Medic AP Statistics curriculum, assessments, and lesson videos was given to Kelly Kerschbaum, another $502 was awarded to Angela Parshall to register and attend the Innovation Schools Summit, Kirsten Richards got $600 towards playground equipment and a storage shed, & last but not least Jessica Tuttle was awarded $539.90 to register and attend the Innovation Schools Summit.
